Return Conditions

- All original tags must be attached
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items that are damaged, washed, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn or used
- For hygiene reasons, items such as bodysuits, undergarments, and swimwear are not eligible for return
- Custom or made-to-order items (if applicable)

- Send the item back as instructed

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval, and issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
