Return Conditions

  • All original tags must be attached
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items that are damaged, washed, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return
Non-Returnable Items
  • Items that have been worn or used
  • For hygiene reasons, items such as bodysuits, undergarments, and swimwear are not eligible for return
  • Custom or made-to-order items (if applicable)

  • Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team
  • Send the item back as instructed

Please ensure the return is sent within the allowed return period.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval, and issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
